I believe that therapy should be a process that honors each individual’s story and helps to utilize, nurture and inspire their inner strengths and resources. I practice in a way that brings together insight oriented supportive psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, hypnosis and mindfulness. I make “being conscious” a priority and find that in a supportive therapeutic environment this consciousness results in being able to take action and control of your life and emotions.

Therapeutic issues to be addressed are:

 -Depression
 -Anxiety
 -Eating Disorders
 -Grief and loss
 -Sexual Trauma
 -Adjustment to major Life Transitions
-Couple work and marital conflict resolution
-Mental Health coach for the collaborative divorce process
