Working together in therapy, it is possible to find more positive personal
directions. I approach therapy with a humanistic collaborative style, allowing
your needs to guide the sessions. By creating a safe environment, distressing
issues can be addressed and worked through, promoting a greater sense of well
being.
Your unique goals and desires will direct our time together. By exploring richer
communication styles and richer ways to connect with others, it is possible to
enhance relationships and personal growth. I believe it is through building on
one’s inner strengths and resources that these new directions can emerge.
