I believe that therapy should be a process that honors each individual's story and helps to utilize, nurture and inspire their inner strengths and resources. As a psychotherapist, I practice in a way that brings together insight oriented supportive psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, hypnosis and mindfulness to assist those dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma as well as provide couples and families counseling and mental health coaching. I make "being conscious" a priority and find that in a supportive therapeutic environment this consciousness results in being able to take action and control of your life and emotions.

Therapeutic issues to be addressed are:
• Depression
• Anxiety
• Eating Disorders
• Grief and loss
• Sexual Trauma
• Adjustment to major Life Transitions
• Couple work and marital conflict resolution
• Mental Health coach for the collaborative divorce process
• Divorce and Family Mediation
• Populations served: Individuals, Adolescents, and Couples

• MSW from New York University
• Certified in Hypnosis from NYSEPH
• EMDR Level II certified, UW Madison
• Nationally Certified Mediator: UW Madison
• Collaborative Divorce Coach and Child Specialist and Member of Collaborative Law Council of Wisconsin 2004
